This video is truly amazing. I've lived off bread, water and canned goods pretty much all my life and I've always wanted to incorporate more fruits and veggies into my diet (especially since cancer runs in my family and I used to smoke like a chimney, lol) but I never knew how. I have a question though, how long do fresh fruits last before they expire? I think this weekend I'm going to go to the grocery store and buy a variety of fruits and veggies, but will they go bad before I can finish them?

@MisterNutrition One topic I introduced (which you wisely ignored) was the uric acid in all animal meat. Please respond to the fact that humans cannot digest purines in meat safely and so humans are particularly susceptible to gout, gallstones, heart disease, etc from this component in all meat. Your response? You have some unturned boulders back there....

Where can you buy peppermint?

I agree with everything except the soy beans. Fermented soy only in the traditional Asian style---otherwise, hard to digest and actually interferes with digestion of nutrients.
