I love watchuing this.. some people don't understand the pressure of looking "Beautiful" I had a grandmother who drove me to be bulimic because she would always buy me clothes 2 sizes bigger because I would just "fill" into them later. She stillsays horrible things to kill my self esteem.. but since I found a guy who likes me for who i am..I let a lot of those things just slide off my shoulder.
I kinda know now why my mother always said that all a girl wants is to feel beautiful for herself.

It's important to talk to your sons too, they need to know that the women in media aren't real and that it is impossible to hold anyone to a standard that doesn't exist.

Society and the media really have taken over me ... I'm in high school at 5'3 and I'm 98 pounds and I feel horridly fat, despite having no stomach fat. I want to join sports just so I can work out more and I'm avoiding eating when ever. I tell other people they're beautiful, but when I look at myself, what am I doing to myself? I'm fine just the way I am. And yet .. I desire more. OH FUCK YOU MEDIA. It got it all into this, sigh..
